The team at Fig is great! They helped me with my website over a year ago and have continued to help me with my SEO, monthly newsletters, blogs, and google ads. My business has grown, and I have continued to rely on them as my "outside" marketing department. I changed my logo last summer, and was more than happy with the work that Amanda did, and I continue to work with them on my internal presentation documents and fliers.

I have worked with Zachary and the team for years now. After going through a number of different marketing companies that did not do what they promised I began working with FIG. It's a little down the road as I had FiG create a website a couple of years ago. I was so disappointed in their lack of customer-centric work and the end result of the website. You are only allowed to make changes to the work twice. So ultimately, if you know what you are looking for and you don't get it from them (which was my case), it is too bad so sad. In fact, we disliked the results so much, we did not include our website address on any of our marketing material! After we budgeted to have the website redesigned about 6 months later, we used an agency who was able to listen to the customer and give us exactly what we wanted and we proudly display our website on all our marketing materials, business cards, and email signature. The reason I am posting this at this late date, is that I recently ran into TWO different people who used FiG for their marketing and who had the same sad, unprofessional experience we did. I decided it was time to speak up so that more people aren't put in the same situation of spending a fair amount of money and not getting what THEY want. It seems FiG has one template for website design and fits all customers into it. There is no creativity; it is one size fits all. I would never recommend this agency to anyone. And would HIGHLY recommend LKPM Designs!!
