I am grateful to Greg Daily and his team for assisting us in our launching years to reach out community through a regular newsletter, maintaining our social media presence and interfacing with our website partner. They are professional, reliable and affordable.

- On 10/17/2019, we paid $990.00 to SCIENCE IN ADVERTISING, for campaign set up and management. They set up the campaign and managed it for that month. - On 11/18/2019, we paid for the second month of campaign management. They managed it for that month as well - On 12/15/19, we sent an email requesting, "pause the current campaign you helped create." - On 12/16/19, we were alerted that not only our Google Ads campaign was "Removed" from our account, but they also deleted all our CallRail data and phone numbers, for which we paid a separate fees. Having someone remove our campaign that we already paid $1,395, we were very concerned about this. I emailed Mr. Daily about this and requested refund. I emailed the screenshots from our Google Ads account showing the campaign with "Removed" status. Similar result for a screenshot for CallRail account. This is a matter of principal. If someone pays for a service, previous work should not be removed or deleted. We would like all fees refunded as Science in Advertising did not follow our request to pause and has deleted all our marketing data.
