Talk about being responsive and attention to detail. I had an issue with their tool Postamatic for Google My Business tool for managing GMB profiles. I jumped on one of their slack channels to ask if anyone knew what I could troubleshoot - within 2-minutes of a response I was on a Zoom call with the developer. Totally unexpected. Noah was super helpful. The issue was - I was using Google Photos to store images and link to this sheet. The address used for the photo location is LONG, and not the best for the sheet. Once we used a different location - BOOM - working.
