Eric was extremely helpful and knowledgeable when I called in with questions, because I had never heard of this type of internet before. Vince is the one that came out to quote me and then install and he was a pleasure to have around and did a great job. The only regular line I am able to get where I live is Century Link and it is horrible. So far this fixed wireless internet has been great! For what I am getting the price is better than cable internet and they even have discounts if you pay in advance. They don't put a big ugly antenna on your roof. It is just a little white box.

Absolutely amazing service. Excellent value, fast internet, and amazing customer service. We just had to have Vince, one of WifiHood's techs, come out and replace some of our ethernet, and he was amazing. Friendly, professional, quick, and, best of all, not afraid of my dogs! If you are in their service area I would recommend this to EVERYONE - personal, business, apartment buildings.

I work from home so I have to have reliable internet! My son streams games, watches movies, and I work at the same time no problem! I have called 1-2, back up within hours. I have been with them for 3+ years, best decision I could have made when I cut the cable! So much easier to deal with them then it was with x***ity!!!!!!! I was getting refunds 6-7 times a year from x***ity because their service was so unreliable.

Amazing ISP - was set up on my apartment's mesh WiFi within 15 minutes of moving in. Never had any problems with outages, downtime. No hidden fees, and cheaper than the two alternatives (Comcast, Centurylink).

Crazy fast and cheaper than any other service! Never been down in years, even when my cable/satellite goes down due to weather. Switching my business from Xfinity to WiFi Hood this fall. Xfinity is down about once a quarter.

Looking to reach a live person when you call in? Don't bother calling. So many automated voices I thought I had accidentally called Wells Fargo. Finally reached sales (not the department I wanted; I just wanted to talk to a live person) and the woman was aloof. But go ahead and call them yourself, maybe you'll have better luck than I did.
