A Through Z Computing

I consider myself a pretty competent enthusiast, I've been building and maintaining my own rigs since elementary school and am now in my 30's. There hasn't been many times where I couldn't eventually figure out my own troubleshooting problems so when one of those times came up recently I found these guys though google and they were just what I needed. They took the time to listen to my very specific problems and performed a lot of research/labor to get my PC working again at a price that felt more than fair. A couple days after dropping it off with them, everything was back up and running smoothly. Would come back for more work if it was needed in the future. Highly recommend!

WHO KNEW?! ...tech repair without frustration! Jim was fantastic - I will never use the big box stores for tech support again. He took a computer that was hardly functioning and returned it less than 2 days later fully operating like she was brand new. My business will always do work with Jim from now on. Thanks again!

Jim with A-Z Computing worked his magic to save my computer and all of my files from a hard drive crash. He was very responsive throughout the process, and kept me updated every step of the way. Jim is AMAZING! I called about trying to fix my old college laptop and he actually told me it wasn't worth it and to get a new one. He then gave me information on what kind of laptop would work best for my intentions and the best places I could find deals for one. He even told me I could call while shopping to see if the laptop I choose would be worth the price. 100/10 recommend!!

Jim does an excellent job providing technical support to our business. He responds quickly and efficiently. He is able to hop on our computers remotely and fix whatever issue we are having. He is also very pleasant to work with and extremely knowledgeable.

Had the unfortunate circumstance of my (mostly) upgraded computer dying on me on a Saturday night and after 4-5 hours of troubleshooting it myself and asking friends (and strangers) for help, I gave up for the night and decided to call Jim first thing Sunday morning. I work from home and need my computer so was panicking and desperate to get whatever the issue was resolved asap and Jim definitely delivered! Turned out it was my brand new AIO Cooler that was faulty (thanks best buy) and Jim agreed to take out the old one, let me go exchange it for a another one, and then install the new one same day. I was able to bring my pc home that evening and have had 0 issues since! Was very happy with being able to get it resolved same day, even though it was a weekend. Will definitely recommend A through Z Computing for any pc repair issues in the future and will be back if I have issues again down the line!

This was the second time Jim has helped me with an urgent PC failure. The first involved a power issue; the second was a blue screen of death. In both cases, Jim quickly diagnosed the problem, shared different repair options, and had the devices back to me up and running within 24 hours. I enthusiastically recommend his services.
