The customer service by phone for scheduling was excellent. The installation was done by Mike and though the installation was seamless, Mike's customer service could be improved, he didn't seem interested in chatting much as the installation was taking place. Overall it was a good experience and anything is better than dealing with Xfinity!

The power cord on our router went out on President's Day. Customer service said this was a known issue but office was closed for the holiday. Told them I work from home and they had Steve, a technician, call back. He was able to stop by at eight and bring a replacement cord. He fixed our issue so fast and it was his day off! I was amazed and am so grateful for this, best customer service experience ever!

I am new to the area, setup of accounts was easy. Steve came out to set up router, etc and patiently explained everything to this senior; also made sure that my devices were properly connected and could have good reception throughout the house I am most grateful.

I recently moved into a new house and had Connexion newly installed there. The whole process was cake--Robert was the OnTrac worker who performed the final steps of my install, namely fastening the fiber wrap to the outside of my home and performing the interior installation, and he was excellent--super polite and thorough in his work. I have been a Connexion customer since early 2022 and my experience (using my own router) has been phenomenal and without issues.

Steve and Spencer provide excellent service! They called to offer an earlier option to my scheduled appointment, and arrived promptly. They installed the new modem, upgraded the modem software, and gave useful advice as to the best placement of the modem in my house. Now my internet speeds are back to being as fast as original.

Spencer was a great tech- he explained everything clearly and informed us of our best options for better connectivity throughout our house. He provided us with his d contact info in case things don't work out, which we really appreciated! Great customer service - thanks Spencer!

Connexion offered to upgrade our modem to a more reliable version to improve connectivity. Spencer & Steve did the work and made sure all of our home devices could connect to the new address. This included some extra work with an office tech to get my Linex computer connected. They were helpful, personable and thorough - and patient with us old folks.

We were the last residential street in town to get Connexion in mid-2023, and it was worth the wait! I have had Connexion for 17 months, and it's the best Internet experience I have ever had, and I've probably been with a dozen+ different providers in my lifetime way back to dialup. I work from home supporting clients around the world, so reliability and good speeds are key, and aside from a few minor blips here and there, I could not be more satisfied, plus I love that this is a community asset.
