I've been reaching out regarding my website for months now with no reply. The last time this company made an effort to contact me, they were collecting my money. Its been impossible to reach them since. I've sent in requests, emails, and phone calls with no reply. This poor business practice regarding my website is costing me money every single day. I would never recommend this company to any business professional. I'm left without options at this point. Bad, Bad business.

We have called, emailed and stopped by their location and have not received any responses for at least 6 months. For months prior to this we also had a hard time getting ahold of them when one of the owners finally returned our call and said he had taken time off because his wife had a baby. He gave us his cell phone number and since then neither he nor the other owner will respond to any request. Terrible way to run a business.

Have been trying to contact Fusion Group since September 2024 to fix the glitches on my website that they designed...submitted several requests for the same problem...no answer whatsoever. They did not fix my website and it seems like they are not in business...since they do not answer the phone or my emails.Very dissappointed and now I must find a new web designer.

Harrahs Salon has worked with Fusion Group USA for years. They designed our original web site in 2014. It has been a great source of referrals. We have begun our rebranding a month ago (per a recent industry educational Event). Social media is ever changing and this agency is on top of those changes. We are thrilled with the ideas and help we have received from Sal. Love our new logo and signs. Alicia has been instrumental in keeping me on task as a working stylist and business owner. Excited to finish our new website. We highly recommend them, especially for current new ideas.

Can not contact company to have website updated and have not received items we paid for. Very unhappy!

Fusion Group goes above and beyond! I couldn't be happier with their work and customer service. I love my logo they designed which I was able to pick from several of options. Every time I have a question or need help, they are super professional and respond right away. I wouldn't chose any other company to work with!

Are they still in business?! I've tried to contact them multiple times since November and haven't had any response regarding my website management. Very unprofessional and frustrating.

Wonderful to work with! Great customer service and were helpful every step of the way and helped me get great promotional items even though i was dragging my feet. A wonderful company that i would highly recommend.
