I've used Nerd Tap for several issues. Broken phones, broken FitBit. They are always quick to respond, quick to get the job done and very upfront about those times when a fix might not be doable. Highly recommend

As someone new to Grand Junction...I was very concerned when my Mac battery died and I was 4 hours from an Apple Store! This company (for $25) backed up my computer before replacing the battery! I am thrilled! At Apple it would have cost $200 and so much aggravation-dealing with pretentious techies. I walked into a very small space that is cute and quirky and talked to 2 men that are instantly likeable and trustworthy. I was charged a very reasonable price ($80) this was the cost of the battery and their time. $105 later my lap top is a lap top again! Highly recommend!

I dropped my phone and the glass didn't break but some pixels did break and were leaking. After several months it finally made the screen unusable. Damon went out of his way to get my phone fixed and had me going again in a couple of hours. If you need your phone fixed this is the place to go.

Absolutely best place I've ever brought a device to get repaired. I've had issues in the past with PC and Phone repair and have steered away but I saw the great reviews from Nerdtap and decided save few bucks rather than buying a new phone. Damon was awsome examined my phone that looked like it was destroyed and salvaged the parts internally and got new screen and back glass in less than a day. Saved me over 150 dollers repairing my phone over buying the same new model and they only use name brand replacement parts you can't go wrong highly recommend 5

Amazing service!!! I was very irritated that my phone got smashed and wasn't able to even stay on for about 1 min! I brought it to nerd tap and Tony gave me many options on how he could fix my problem. I was shocked at how responsive and quick these guys work! I will be bringing my service back here 100% not to mention the competitive rates they fix things! Very well done :)

Great service! What a responsive and communicative business regarding my iPhone screen replacement. I mailed my iPhone to Needtap, thus didn't have to go to the storefront. SO CONVENIENT! Damon called several times to go over pricing & repairs as well as tracking for the return of my iPhone once fixed. Literally received back within a few days of sending! Will definitely contact Nerdtap again for any technical services I may need in the future. Highly recommend!! So happy my iPhone is as good as new!!
