Sequent Information Systems

We changed to Sequent in January 2023 because our former IT company had such a mishmash of things happening in our network, which ultimately led to not having our data backed up for over 2 months when we lost a critical chunk of client data. We went looking for a new IT company and received bids from multiple companies including Sequent, which came in at half the cost of what we had been spending for phones and IT. Overall, we had a pretty uneventful changeover and have had terrific response to any issues that arise. In early October, we experienced a data breach, which came through as an undetectable safe download. The breach was discovered during a routine office visit to troubleshoot computers not connecting to WiFi. It led to 3 weeks of computer cleaning, server cleaning and then file restoration. Sequent techs, Baylie and Ken, were working with us almost night and day to recover the files that had been encrypted. We are extremely appreciative that Sequent dedicated so much time to our needs when we are completely aware they have many other customers with urgent needs. We highly recommend Sequent for any phone or IT needs your company may have.

I have had nothing but the best experience with Sequent. My phone system recent went down and my phone company at the time was unable to provide any support. With such a vital aspect of my business not working, I was desperate. I called upon some local business associates for advice. Sequent was the company that was highly recommended. I gave them a call and was pleasantly surprised when the staff said that they would be right over to help. They got our system up and running in no time. We have currently switch to Sequent for all of our IT and phone system support. They have always provided such great customer service with friendly and knowledgable staff. I will continue to recommend them to others.

Love Sequent, we have used them for two years. The staff is very help full and they go out of their way to make sure our phones and internet are working even when the Amazon trucks runs over the poles.

Way to expensive! $110 dollars an hour. I don't need a lawyer I just need my computer repaired. Also the customer service is lacking. Update: When I wrote this review I did not own my own business just for your information, I did it as a courtesy for everyone to know.

Absolutely horrible and rude people who work at this place. The female that answered the phone was clueless as what I was asking about and when I finally was able to talk to somebody else after being on hold for over 15 minutes, the guy hangs up on me. Very arrogant on the phone and super expensive. I found someone else in town for less than half of what these clowns were asking to just put in a new router in my business network. Nobody knows who these guys are anyway but just in case you heard stay away, stay far away!! These greasy money hungry folks will try to get every cent out of you and then some.
