Synergy has managed our company's website needs for the past 7 years. Matt built a beautiful and effective website. Due to the nature of the business, it requires regular updates and they are easy to reach and quick to respond to the many requests. I've been so satisfied with Synergy that I've asked for their assistance with a new business, and the work was completed quickly and beyond my expectations.

Just a quick note to share my experience with Synergy Marketing Consultants - In case you don't want to read my full review below, here's my (scale of 1-10) rating: Professionalism: 10 Video Production (end product) : 10 Customer Service/Followup: 10 Pricing: 10 Product delivered as promised: 10 **You see a trend here? =) Quick overview: Wanting to add some aerial footage to the listing of our Glade Park (straw bale) home, I typed a few keyword phrases into Google and then reached out to the top 5 search results showing on Pg 1. I called two of those companies (still waiting for a call back) and emailed all five. Within 3 minutes of hitting 'Send', Erika from Synergy Marketing replied and answered a few specific questions I had. Satisfied with the answers that Erika gave, we scheduled to have [pro drone pilot] Matt head up to our place the following morning. Matt showed up at the agreed upon time and after answering several additional questions that I had, proceeded to launch the drone... showing me different angles/perspective from the drone's point of view on his tablet. From drone launch to retrieval, Matt dedicated approx 40 minutes to gathering multiple angles from varying altitude and perspectives all around our custom home and 40 acre parcel. He then answered a handful of other questions ( I was pretty curious about the whole drone thing), we shook hands and parted ways. A couple of hours later I got an email from Matt with a few [stellar!] aerial still shots attached accompanied by a short note confirming that our video was queued up for editing/production and that he would email a link to the video once uploaded to youtube for hosting. As promised, I received the email soon after containing a link to the [masterfully edited] video which was set to a vibrant upbeat royalty-free music score. Upon viewing the entire video (ok, several times) and also forwarding it to my real estate agent for his feedback... I shot a reply to Matt with my approval and a note of gratitude for delivering such a high quality product as promised. Shortly afterwards, I received an invoice via email accompanied by a note of thanks from Erika. I'll be dropping a check in the mail tomorrow and have already shared my personal experience with a group of friends. Meanwhile, still no reply from ANY of the other [drone] video companies that I initially contacted to inquire about their services. Bottom line... I'll be calling Erika and Matt whenever the need arises for top notch video production... whether it be drone aerial footage or otherwise!!

We agreed on doing all graphic design work for this company for $800 per month after we did the work for erika jones she didnt pay a single $ after it was done. Beware providers do not trust this company.

Awesome group of people doing awesome work. I have worked with Matt and Erika for a few years, and have been thrilled with the websites they've created.

My first experience with this business was being yelled at by Erika. Not a professional experience to be yelled at and told how much experience they have (6 years) and how wrong we are as the customer.
