Too bad I can't give 0 stars ! Where should I start, they first said our bill was $160 which turned into $286 and then just paid $409 this week in which they do not make any sense as to why my bill is that high ! I been a loyal customer for 5 years and instead of appreciating it they screw us over! All they do at this store is to gaslight you . They try to explain why they are overcharging me and all they do is talk without actually saying anything . I will never recommend this service and hope no one goes through this !
The people who work at this store are amazing. They are incredibly helpful and patient. Mikayla was so kind to me this afternoon when I needed to get my phone replaced. She explained everything in detail and answered all of my questions. It felt like she had my best interests in mind while she was assisting me.
Dog ate my remote. Online Xfinity assistant suggested I come to a nearby store for a replacement. I went to the Greeley store at Centerplace on Wednesday, May 21, 2025 at 1:30 pm. I was met at the door by two young men, early 20's (one curly hair, one dark hair). "We don't have remotes. We don't ever know when we're getting shipments of equipment. Come back again in a week. Maybe we'll have some then." They had no intention of helping me. They didn't check anything or look anywhere or ask any questions. They just said no, come back later. Very poor service. I went back to the Xfinity assistant, spoke to someone in India, and received a new remote the next day. Could the Greeley dudes not have suggested that? Very poor service Centerplace Xfinity!
Xfinity is overpriced!!!! Customer service is horrible! If you call in with any issues 9/10 times you'll speak with someone in the Philippines and it's difficult to understand the reps. Frustration is something you'll experience everytime you call. The only reason I've been with them over 11 years is because they're the only Internet/cable service in our area. You'd think they'd treat their customers better for being with the company that long... Nope... They don't care about customers. But they're happy to take your money!
Well right now I'm very, very dissatisfied. I would give 0 stars if I could! My boyfriend and I came in to add a phone line. We were told of the trade in promotion. So we did. We traded his iPhone 15 pro for a Google pixel. Which don't do the iPhone has a better processor but other than that decent phone. At first, we were told we'll get a debit card in my email to pay off the rest of the phone. Well the alloted time came and went. I kept checking my email. Nothing. Called and came to the store then was told on the phone by customer service we'll get the card in the mail. Okay not what we were told but okay cool. Now it's been since February after we put in the last bill from tmoble to xfinity for the payoff. Like what we were promised. We were told it'll be there by mail by March 20th. Here we are basically April almost sent to collections by Tmoble. And STILL NOTHING. no follow up call nothing. Also the team lead in there is a POS when he helped his coworker. Not even sorry this is happening didn't even acknowledge us at all. Rude.. So if I were you don't fall for their promotion scam!!
Absolutely astonishing how little the GREELEY location cares about their customers. The staff actually told me to go to a different company. Wow. Won't be returning nor suggesting this location to anyone! Holy smokes!
Make sure whomever is helping you is putting your information into there computer system! I moved November 1. 2024 to a new place need things dropped off of my account for the internet and mobile phone service. I've been to this location and called customer service to make sure the changes would happen. Everything I assured it would happen. I'd check my statements, nope still no changes. Today I talk to Corporate and there like there are no notes here and thus and that. I then ask so the the customer is always wrong! Canceled account on March 10, 2025! If anyone else is having issues with Xfinity/Comcast file a complaint with the Consumer Protection Bureau!
Been trying to get phone activated for a few days and keep getting forwarded to different people over the phone and in person. Walk in today and they tell me it's going to be a wait, while 5 Xfinity employees are sitting there talking and joking with each other; how are they too busy to assist me?? I've only had Xfinity for a few weeks, and customer service is terrible
