Paprika in 2017 seriously elevated my very basic Squarespace website to a beautiful, robust Wordpress site. We constantly get compliments about our website from clients. We used Paprika for all of our marketing and design content, from initial logo design to marketing materials, powerpoint template, conference collateral, and the full website. Liz is far more than just a vendor for us, as we consider her a partner in our success. She took in all of our initial ideas and vision for the company and translated that into a logo that became a tagline for the entire ethos of the business. After receiving her proposal, we made the decision to jump in with a full overhaul of our company website (Wordpress). The new website was necessary and the traffic it has brought in since being updated in July 2023 is a vast improvement. Before beginning the project kick-off on development, Liz laid out steps she would take and how she would keep us informed along the way. One of the tools we found useful was Monday. It kept us informed on tasks completed, information required on our end, and timelines. The UI was easy to follow and offers a mobile app too. The entire process was smooth. Never once did we feel the process was dragging along. I would say the hold-up was on us if anything. Liz hit all her timelines and our website was ready to go live by the set deadline. Our new website embodies who we are, what service we provide and how we operate as a company. Liz's creativity throughout the whole process from the very beginning was refreshing. The delivery of the ultimate product was exactly what we had seen during development. There were no surprises.
