Took my laptop to them. I thought it was done, so just wanted then try & get my pictures, etc off my hard drives. They did get my hard drives baked up, but they also breathed new life into my 6 yr old laptop. They got it up & running good as new. Very happy with their work & how fast they got it done. Would definitely use them again for any of my computer problems.

Fair prices, especially compared to the prices Apple was offering to fix my computer. They explained what they needed to do and the potential outcomes with two different devices I brought to them. They even gave me some great advice on what to do with an old laptop that was not worth fixing anymore. I appreciate them answering all my questions.

My experience with Zach the Tech is second to none. They did all work for me (upgrading my PC & adding a new Hard Drive) in time promised. After picking up my PC I experienced some problems of "my own making" and immediately called their office. Jackie was extremely helpful in solving my problem and was very patient with me. Zach the Tech was recommended to me by my sister and BIL, who were impressed with the repair service on their computer. I took my own computer to Zach's shop, and explained the problem to Jackie at the front desk. I a matter of hours, they had figured out the problem, and after I okayed the solution, made the repair. My main desktop has been working perfectly ever since, and this is important because I am a writer and depend on it. These folks do fine work at a reasonable price.
