Was being charged for a phone number associated with an old Samsung Tab a pad. Went to 3 different stores in Colorado Springs on 1 march before being told my problem was resolved. Another bill arrived 30 Marrch so my problem continued. My problem was resolved in about 5 minutes by the Pueblo staff. .

Vince is a very kind and considerate sales rep. He was extremely helpful, he help me with new plans and took the time to be understanding. Will make this my main store!

This store, and Lisa who works there, is the absolute BEST. They are courteous, knowledgeable, reliable. For someone like me who's not smart with the working of my phone, they are heaven on earth.

This store is great!! The employees, Lisa and Aaron were very helpful and knowledgeable as well as friendly. I worked with Lisa who was so patient and gave me some tips that got me familiar with my new S23 Ultra quickly. I highly recommend making this store your "go to" store!!!
