Jim and Toni have been timely and diligent in getting phone and internet service set up in our new location. When the high winds blew the dish off the roof on a Sunday, the repair team was there first thing Monday morning to get us back up and running.

I live/work near their office so I decided to give them a try at a business location I rented for 3 months. Their service was more than fast enough for my needs and their connection latency was better than Comcast. I didn't experience a single outage during the time I was using their service. I had systems running 24 hours a day so I would have noticed any outages that lasted more than a few minutes. Great option if you want to get away from the monopolies that control most of the internet in Colorado.
