I called in a panic thinking I had a virus on my computer and left a message. I received a call shortly after and was told he could come to my home to do the repair as soon as I got home from an errand. As promised, I called to let him know I was home and he was here within 15 minutes. My computer is now working and I have Jon Claude's cell number on speed dial! It is so good to have such a reliable and competent IT person for all my computer needs.
