Marc was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. He kept me informed throughout the process and provided me with a detailed report of the work done. I would recommend Marc's services without hesitation! I have a brand new lap top that was giving me a problem & my husband searched up computer repair & Marc's business popped up so we spoke to him & made an appointment to bring our laptop to him. He was very transparent about his levels of pricing & turnaround time and explained possible problems that he may find. After diagnosing the computer he called us and gave us very detailed information (in a way we could understand since we aren't exactly computer experts!) And explained his recommendations in a thorough & easily understandable manner. I will definitely be calling Marc again for any of our computer needs. I reached out to Mark when my laptop was hacked in January and I lost all my business and personal data as well as causing financial issues. I had no idea where to turn and his company - Dazzling Data - was the first one I came across on Google - and I am really glad I did! I brought my laptop to Mark and explained what happened. he was patient and listened to my issues without making me feel like a technological idiot, which admittedly I may be. While I tended to repairing my credit card and business & personal banking accounts, Mark restored all my data on a new laptop which I also bought from him (cheaper and easier than trying to figure out what machine to buy that would best suit my needs). Within a day, Mark restored 99% of my stuff, I think I lost a few pictures that I had not backed up. After all that, Mark spent time with me explaining how most commercially available security software was not enough for my needs and installed new software on my new laptop. In addition, he backed up all the data on my new laptop to a flash drive so I had an added level of redundancy to my data. He explained how to better manage safety and security while using multiple client accounts for my business and how to better secure my personal data As any small business owner would know, security and the peace of mind knowing my laptop is safe from hackers or malware/spyware and other stuff Mark told me abut that I wasn't even aware of, makes all the difference in the world. I would recommend mark and DD to anyone who has an issue like mine or even for regular maintenance and security updates. DD is convenient, incredibly affordable, and really turned a terrible business and personal situation for me into a learning experience. 5 stars is probably not enough!!!

I'm very hard on my computers. I'm constantly destroying my newest laptop and purchasing the latest model, spending too much on features that were not necessary for my needs. Luckily went I destroyed my newest laptop I met Marc. Marc examined my laptop and described why I needed a new one. He explained why I continue to have issues and offered his experience to help match me with the best product. Once he examined my old laptop and what programs I used most, Marc asked several questions before locating the matching laptop. He then proceeded to transfer the files and programs into the new computer mirroring the configuration of my old computer, a first-time experience for me. I found working with Marc that he was thorough and professional. His guidance through this process of buying the right computer would not have happened without Marc assistance. You're doing yourself an injustice by doing it alone.

I have a slow and old laptop so I called Dazzling Data Computer Repair and spoke with Mark. He was very informative about my laptop and even looked it up in an online support data base to give me relevant information and in deciding on how to move forward. He set up an immediate diagnostic appointment and thourougly and clearly went over the diagnostic process and cost - Priority being $120, Expedited $80, and Economy $40. I gladly chose the Priority, as other repair places were higher in cost. I look forward to getting my laptop back, and expect it will be a pleasant experience where I will make this a five star review.

Before, I had troubles with my current laptop and was contemplating on just getting an upgraded version before I came to Marc. I was impressed by his same day appointment scheduling and availability in servicing my laptop! He was even willing to spend some good time over the phone with me on explaining how his services work, and what issues I had faced regarding my previous laptop. Thanks to his expertise and background, I was able to pick a way better new laptop and still keep the one I own as a backup, with all my data from the old laptop backed up! He provides the best service and speaks from strong experience, something many big box companies do not fulfill. He is even willing to train you on computer skills, which I highly respect. I would highly recommend going to him if you are in the area, and again, he breaks any questions down for you over the phone if need be.

Marc, owner of Dazzling Data Computer Repair Services, went above and beyond with my computer. Not only did he take in my computer and diagnose it unlike many other businesses (including but not limited to Staples and Best Buy), but he also fixed it. I did not expect this computer to ever turn on again, but he managed to not only turn it on, but have it running just as it did when I first got it. My computer was not a typical or easy fix, it had not turned on for months. Marc additionally informed me of issues with protection services that did the opposite of what the seller had told me. He is clearly highly knowledgeable in technology and computers, but something else that is noteworthy is his attention to detail and outstanding customer service. He does not give up, and another thing I love is he informs customers of issues/what is going on as he finds out. This is not something that many businesses do, from my experience, communication lacks, and you just end up with a bill at the end.
