Jimmy was knowledgeable, invested, patient and responsive and I would highly recommend Jimmy for anyone looking to create, upgrade or just maximize the effectiveness of their website. We had been doing all of website work in house for 15 years and were in desperate need of an upgrade. Jimmy help bring our 300 pages, newsletter archive, and separate blog into the 21st century, and get them all working together towards a common goal. Beyond the technical aspects of designing a new look that still felt like our brand, and the physical aspect of bringing it all together, the most important attribute that Jimmy brought to the table was his ability to listen and see the project from our eyes. He spent a lot of time learning about who we were as a company and where were trying to end up. Jimmy was also in constant contact and we had weekly phone calls, a detailed spread sheet on all the progress that was being made, and emails in between. During the process, Jimmy really became part of our team. In the end, we also decided to move all of our website services to Vandertech, not just for web design. Again, I would highly recommend the personalized service the Jimmy and Vandertech provide 10 times out of 10.

James redesigned our band website, and we are beyond happy with the result. We were on a tight time frame, and he had the new site up and running as promised so we could roll it out in time to promote an important show. James is not only gifted conceptually--he always thinks of unique designs and features--but he listens to you, asks questions, and checks in at important stages of the process to ensure he's on the right track. He is patient when walking you through any technical issues and gives you a range of tools to consider to maintain your site. It is rare to find the combination of technical skills, communication ability, and time-sensitivity when working with one person on a web design project. James has that combination. Highly recommend him.

When we first talked to James about his services, we were very excited about what he had to offer, he really understood our needs and he was very helpful in getting our resources organized. This all however was very short lived. After a few weeks of working with him he suddenly became unresponsive and more or less "fell off the face of the earth." He stopped responding to e-mails and wouldn't take our calls either. We reached out to the owner of Vandertech, Chris, in hopes that he could shed some light on our situation. This lit a very short lived fire under James, and by short lived I mean precisely 1 e-mail. We finally reached out with a ultimatum asking him to work with us or we would need to cut ties and look elsewhere for our web design needs. That was nearly 1 month ago and we never heard back. I wish I could recommend Vandertech, but sadly they do not seem to care much for their customers or their projects.

I have worked with Vandertech for some time now, and I believe them to be the best company around for website development and internet marketing. I have tried others, by the way, and they fall far short in comparison. In one week, Vandertech dropped our customer acquisition cost by 90%. That, alone, is worthy of a five star review. The communication is solid, and Jim's work ethic is nothing short of amazing.

Working with Jim and Vandertech has been great. Besides the fact that he's a veritable WordPress and web developing guru, he's also just a delightful person to work with. Highly recommend for web site design and hosting!

I first began working with James Revillini of Vandertech over a year ago. Over the course of the time that has passed since our initial conversation regarding my website, HxppyThxxghts, James has been nothing short of spectacular. His ability to couple a positive attitude with a keen eye for design and all the inner workings of the web still leaves me in amazement. With no words to properly express this fully - I am so grateful for James and the friendly, compassionate work he has provided along the Hxppy Thxxghts journey. He made me feel as though he was as passionate about the concept as I was the whole way through. And, to this day, he still shows nothing but love and dedication to the site and whatever I may come to him for in regards to Hxppy Thxxghts.
