Quick-Tech Computer Repairs

I went to Quicktech because I had a Macbook screen that was cracked and needed fixing very fast. Shaun did not disappoint. He was very easy to communicate with, as it was over text. He was very flexible with times to not only drop off my computer but also pick it up. He was able to fix my computer in a little over a week even with a mini snowstorm! He is great!!! Would recommend to anyone I know. Cheapest prices I found too!

I thought I had lost everything saved on my thumb drive. I called Quick-Tech and over the phone Shawn, the owner of the company, gave me a suggestion over the phone about what to do. Free advice! The option he gave me worked and I was able to retrieve all my documents! This is an appreciative shout out to Shawn... Thank you so much!

First I brought my laptop to Best Buy in order to find out what the problem was.. That turned out to be a big mistake. They couldn't help me because I didn't have an appointment and because they wanted a crazy amount of money for just a diagnose. I was lucky to find Quick-Tech. Shaun was great and is very knowledgeable!! He talked to me and asked me questions to figure out what was going on. He told me what to expect based on the information he had. And he also offered me very competitive pricing. He was able to fix my computer and save all of my files (which was my main concern). Also he had a quick turn around time. I really liked that Shaun kept me informed during the process. If the price he quoted me was going to change he let me know ahead of time. Working with him was great and I would definitely be a return customer.

I was actively seeking a local owner-operator with knowledge under his belt for our dental office client who is clear across the country. We needed someone close enough to that office location and good with short notice to handle some server drive issues. When we contacted Shaun we realized right away he would be a great fit and bonus was he was 10 minutes away. He understood our language and gave us the answers we would have given to one of our very own clients. Shaun was professional, attentive, and had extensive knowledge about what we hired him to do. Scheduling was painless and worked very quickly diagnosing as well as swapping out the drives. Would recommend.

Recently started having problems with my Dell laptop's keyboard. I really wanted to get it fixed but didn't want to send it away to Dell or bring it to a chain company, like Best Buy. So, after some online research I found Quick-Tech. I called and spoke to the owner, Shaun, on the phone and explained my problem to him. He said to bring it by so he can take a look at it. A few days later I stopped by with my laptop and Shaun gave me a quick consultation. He was honest and knowledgeable. I decided after meeting Shaun and getting that consultation, that I would go ahead and have Shaun fix my laptop. He ordered the part and about a week later he called me to drop off the laptop. The laptop was fixed and ready to pick up 2 days later. I picked it up and it worked great! I am so happy that I decided to choose Shaun & Quick-Tech to fix my laptop. Also, Shaun was very reasonable with the pricing. He asked me to pay money up front, then I paid the rest when I picked up the fixed laptop. As a customer you usually don't like paying money upfront before a service is completed, but I trusted Shaun and understood his reasoning behind doing this. Overall, I had a great experience and would highly recommend Shaun and his company Quick-Tech. They offer a variety of different computer services and at the end of the day you know that you can trust them and the work that they are doing. Shaun will walk you through the process and make sure you are 100% satisfied. What else can you ask for?

Shaun kept me updated on ordering the new part I needed and letting me know of the (minor) cost change quickly to make sure it was still ok and explained concretely why it was and then explained what he did to fix it when I got it back. While I hope I don't damage my computer again, I would go back to Quick-Tech in a heartbeat. I'd strongly recommend Shaun to anyone needing their computer fixed. He is both professional and so pleasant to talk to, clearly a great guy. He cares about the computers and the people they belong to. Highly recommend!!

Not enough positive things to say about Shaun and his business, Quick Tech. He was kind and upfront with regard to my repair and replaced my MacBook Air screen in under a week. He also met me at his shop during non-working hours so I could drop off & retrieve my laptop. Easy to communicate with via text and he knows what he is doing. Will be back for help with an external hard drive soon. Thank you Shaun!

BELIEVE THE HYPE -- You're probably checking Quick-Tech out because you have a dire computer problem weighing on you and because this shop seems to have a huge number of glowing reviews. Well ... it isn't a fluke; after my first experience with Shaun I can say I will absolutely not go anywhere else for any computer issues I have. Shaun managed to bring my Macbook Pro back from the dead after I knocked a lot of water on it (!). He had me come right in (even before he technically opened for the day), dried out the internal components, got all of my folders backed up, and managed to the get the computer working again. I was pretty shocked, to say the least. As a person, Shaun is not only extremely knowledgeable, he's a ridiculously nice guy with the patience of a saint. So many computer shops you go to just radiate this "no bleeps given" vibe, and that couldn't be farther from the case here. Shaun doesn't just understand computers, he understands people, and knows how stressful a major computer problem is. When you bring him on to fix something Shaun gives consistent updates as to how things are progressing and even comes back to the shop after closing to make sure your files are transferring properly. It feels like you have a partner helping you through the problem at each step, which is pretty remarkable. And even more remarkable, Shaun did this all for me at an extremely reasonable price. I would recommend Quick-Tech to anyone -- the average rating here doesn't lie. You won't find a better person in the area.
