Westaff

This is the worst staffing agency I've ever dealt with in my life. Their incompetence is rivaled by few. The receptionist at the Meriden office is one of the least prepared and unprofessional people I've ever seen. If you're a business owner looking for talent or a talented worker looking to match with an employer don't use their services. They easily snatch defeat from the jaws of victory.

Do not use elisia or use any of the recruiters there .we staff is the worst temp agency out there. They are very unprofessional .especially elishia. She is the worst one there.

Let me just tell you, I cannot thank the girls at Westaff enough! Kathy in the front is so helpful and nice. Sarah got me the most amazing job opportunity, beyond what I ever imagined! She got down to exactly what I wanted and even exceeded it. I couldn't be any more happy in my new job and thankful!

Incompetent to say the least. The receptionist is the worst possible person to represent the company, rude, disrespectful and inept.

My agent specialist Shelby was referred to me by a relative. She's great and professional immediately she conducted a phone interview and was able to access an old profile I started via indeed. She walked me step by step on how to complete my profile and upload documents. In addition to that she was able to schedule me for an in person assessments the next day and an immediate job interview. Since I have only had two job interviews and have been contracted for a temp to hire position within a 30-35 day time frame of our initial contact. She has also gone above and beyond by texting a reminder for my interview times, my start date and other pertinent information. I would absolutely reference her and the agency to others.

I highly recommend westaff. Meriden office, they are very helpful. Katie at front desk. makes you feel home and comfortable with everything you need. Sara is very resourceful in order to get you the job you're looking for. I am very grateful with her. In general all the crew are amazing.

Avoid working with Shelby at all costs even if extremely desperate. She had talked to me and my partner about what types of positions we were looking for and we were very keen on what we were looking for. After she told us about an assignment that she described to be fitting for what we looking for, when we went to meet with the contacts and learn about the assignment, it was not even close to what she'd described so we pulled the supervisor aside and explained that Westaff wasn't truthful in describing it and we don't intend to waste his time. He was very understanding and shook our hands and even apologized. When we called Shelby to let her know that this position wasn't a good fit, she became personally offended and explained that Westaff will no longer work with us at all. (Two years have passed now) I called westaff to see if they have any positions that they're looking to fill, she had said that she remembered me and that Westaff isn't working with us still. I figured that enough time has passed and maybe they would've gotten rid of their unprofessional liability. I'd give zero stars if possible. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.
