We use their towing dispatch services and they do a very good job. They handle all of our AAA calls and police rotation calls without any issues. I recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable dispatch service.

There is no way all of these 5 star reviews are real. This company has successfully taken a good paying customer, and turned them into a bad one after 5 years. Would not recommend or refer anyone to use them. If you like answering services with 0 accountability who will hold your lines hostage if you try to leave, don't know whether or not your phones are up and running for days, and can't be reached when you need immediate assistance, then this is the place for you. Spend the money on a reliable answering service with concrete agreements and actual customer care departments. Not worth wasting your time here.
