Beyond IT Support

Divvies has been working with Beyond IT Support for many years now. They have helped us through a move from NY to CT and we have always found them to be extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and efficient in handling all of our IT needs. Their customer support is excellent and the response time to customer needs is very fast. Questions are always answered quickly and if we need help in understanding exactly how to do something, they take the time to thoroughly explain it. I feel that they have always had our company's needs as a priority. Beyond IT is really a wonderful company to work with and I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking for a full service IT solution.

Clearview Inc. has utilized Beyond IT for all its IT needs for over a year and a half now - everything from migrating our managed services, to a planned server upgrade and most recently a complete phone system overhaul. All of these projects went very smoothly and were virtually seamless for our work environment. Our company has been using Beyond IT for 3+ years now, and it is such a pleasure to work with a company that has such high standards and response time! Of which, is on par with actually having an "in-house" dedicated IT department. From small issues to large, Beyond IT has proven time and time again what true customer appreciation and quality dedication means!

I've read the prior reviews and wondered why my experience with them was so awful. Their actual installation was fine (the office came pre-wired), but after we were hooked up they left us on our own. No instructions on how to operate the phones, and the instruction pamphlet was for a different model. We weren't getting calls, lines weren't ported, the voicemails didn't work, and when out of a week's frustration I expressed my displeasure at being cut off from the outside world, I "offended" the gentleman I was speaking with. I found them unprofessional, uncaring and condescending. But they certainly can bill well! Certainly not the type of service my clients expect from me and I'd be ashamed as a professional to provide. But maybe that's just me.
