Excellent, prompt mailorder service. Ordered on Wednesday and received on Friday. I was a little concerned with a used iPhone 16 Pro being sold with only seven cycles on the battery, but all my questions were answered and I couldn't be more pleased with the phone I received.

My Galaxy S7 with faulty 3.5mm headphone jack needed repair. Went to shop on Monday talked to the owner, I think Rashad, he looked at it said he would order part and part would come in next day. I called them Tuesday, talked to young man, he said part came in. He said come in then, I did he fixed it in 30 minutes. He was a pleasure to work with. Repair was excellent. Very satisfied. Price was reasonable.

John is perfect gentleman and an honest business man. Customer service is top notch. These people do business the old way; local and face to face - I like that. Tried to charge me 600 for a banged up phone, ended up paying 500 but anyways which is way over priced considering the condition. He said everything was fine with the iPhone 13 Pro Max and that only the battery was swapped out. The battery is terrible, doesn't last long and takes awhile to charge, screen is replaced and isn't as clear and has a green hue to it. Screen is has deep cracks from then the screen was replaced.

The owner/operator was a true gentleman and stood by his guarantee. I had an s23 ultra that had an accident and I had the screen replaced and the backing. After a week the phone turned off and wouldn't turn back on. Bottomline is after 3 visits and countless hours spent trouble shooting, the phone had a bad mother board (no fault of the tech or business). To make things right the owner gave me a fully functioning comparable phone in trade, which he did NOT have to do. Not only will I recommend this store but I will promote it to anyone who will listen. 5 stars cause they won't let me give 6. Thanks again device raptors! One more satisfied customer!!!

He was so nice and helpful! He fixed our phone screen in like literally less than 20 min! Customer service was great! Definitely recommend guys!

I had my screen replaced on I phone 15 they are very professional and fast . Update .... Had an issue with my screen came back in and they took care of me even though it was over the 1 month warranty . Wouldn't hesitate to use again .

Ok so my iPhone battery was draining fast. I saw this place Device Raptors open and on SUNDAY YAY. Met a wonderful guy Ray, polite and listened to me. Within 25 minutes I walked out with a new battery and 30 day warranty on top of it. I would recommend this is the place to go.
