We work with Susan Subina... I almost forgot her name because I call her SUE HIBU... Nice ring to it huh.. . She is creative, prompt and is always thinking of ways for me to improve my website.. Can't wait to meet with her Friday for my website review..

First things first...STAY AWAY. This company has to be the worse digital marketing firm on the planet. I was swayed by the price and perceived value I was to obtain for marketing my company. You need to sign on for 6 months..don't do it. Hibu published content that was not approved by our company, would not take down the content and continued to publish content that was unapproved. In addition, Hibu provided printed cards for you to hand out to your customers to provide reviews...the cards they provided to us were printed with another businesses information. After emails, and phone mails requesting new cards...no response. Finally sent a notice to the company after 30 days to cancel entire program. Hibu kept charging. Had to dispute credit card charges, shut down the card, change all social media passwords to lock them out. Now they sent our account to collections but never bothered to address any of the issues during implementation. There you have it...learn by someone else's mistakes.
