With Main Social Media, they did our brochures. They did quality work in a timely manner and were a lot cheaper than the other business we were going to do them at. After we received them someone came out and made sure we liked them and if there were any questions etc. The only negative I could say is that we had them do our pictures and rather than taking pictures of our facility we found they took pictures of the people. So the picture was more focused on the person rather than the things around them. Still, they were very professional and I recommend them if you need brochures done!

I had the pleasure of speaking with Don on the phone about a potential position with his company (turns out I wasn't a good fit my idea not his). His energy was positive and passionate! I loved how he spoke about his business and putting his clients and employees first! If later down the road something comes up I would love to be apart of this amazing positive team! They are doing amazing things! Again I am not a customer or employee, and I know sometimes people can give bad reviews of things don't go their way, but honestly this company would be a great one to give a chance too. They are positive and value the customer.

I truly appreciate you guys at Main Social Media. You came through at such a difficult time for my family & relieved us of one less thing. I ordered 100 obituaries for same-day printing at 11 AM because my Grandpop funeral was the next day. Not only did I receive them by 4:30 pm before that I was patiently walked through the steps to make sure the obituaries were set up correctly through Canva for printing. Once again I can't thank you enough, your company is phenomenal. I can't wait to work with you again.

Paid $349.99 on 7/18/19 for 10000 mailers to be in mailboxes within 5 miles around our business, Pottery for Paws, on 8/7/19 to promote our grand opening on 8/9/19. After not receiving a copy at either the store or my home which is within 1 mile I emailed Rohan Smith for a status or a refund. The response received was aggressive and very unprofessional. An investor in our company (dreamerzsir) and myself posted 1 star reviews on here, Google, and Rohans response was to post this on our Google review: "The business Owner is Rude, impulsive, and unfair. I have never visited its location however from dealing with the owner who has tried to berate me and my employee without just cause I rate this company a 1. Any other vendors or creditors doing business with this company may need to think twice in regards to her requesting refunds even after showing proof that the services were delivered". After dealing with the small business chamber and having various stories told, the truth of the matter is Rohan did send out mailings, but in areas of Wilmington which are in fact closer to our competitor than our location. We have not received a refund, did not have a single guest to the grand opening from this mailer, and have yet to see a copy of the mailer. The "proof" sent was receipts with the center covered up- removing any way to track the mailers. As a paying customer to this business I am very disappointed Rohan would bash a small business, create a fake account- Barbara Sanderlin- and then respond to my investors review as a fake account. All the attributes Rohan has said seem to be more a projection of himself, and we are currently working with our attorney for retribution. Please be careful who you give your money to. Get a contract- and a copy- we never did, but have learned from this experience.
