I have lifetime plan webhostface and today i recieved a mail about discontinuation of life time plan. Message they sent to me: "As you may be aware,CentOS 7 is approaching its End of Life (EOL) on June 30, 2024 . After this date, CentOS 7 will no longer receive security updates or support from the CentOS Project. This presents significant risks to your website, email and hosting services. We take security, performance, and compliance very seriously and we are forced to discontinue all lifetime hosting plans, including the one you are currently using. There are more than 4 months till its discontinuation and we have prepared a strict transfer plan, so we can ensure there is no downtime or service interruption. Our team will handle the transfer and we will test your services extensively to make sure everything is working perfectly.** All lifetime hosting plans will be discontinued on June 30, 2024 and all services will stop working." So discontinuation of supporting of free OS centos 7 was an excuse to end my plan. Attention, stay away from this hosting, becouse someday they they will come up with something that will end your plan unexpectedly.

exactly the same thing happened to me. They had a authorization to charge my credit card via PayPal 3-4 years ago. I contacted them to cancel before the next billing cycle starts after I saw a charge notification on my card. they said they already purchased resources , can't refund. scammers all the way

I purchased one of their lifetime plans so I wasn't expecting high quality. I would have given them 4 stars, but they switched my hosting plans from cPanel to Plex and of course the IP changed as well. Their switch also took away my SSH access which is now not part of the plan ironically (or planned).

Used a 5+ year old PayPal authorization to renew some account that I dont want to use. Every email said Your payment method is: Credit/Debit Card ", I removed all my card from the service so that they can not use my cards. Still stole the money from my PayPal using a 2016 authorization

Amazing hosting company :) Been using WebHostFace for 2 years now and whenever I had concerns, their support was nothing short of remarkable! Very responsive and you can really see that they're trying their best to help. Server uptime is also great. I get around 200K+ visitors a month and my shared hosting plan can still handle the traffic (with help from a CDN service, of course).

-10 (Minus rating) Worst hosting company ever I have seen in my 10 years career. Cheating hosting company who traps customer for cheaper rate and not giving basic service like email and forcing customer to buy their static IP for 60$ per year They don't activate website to the live which are clean.
