I had to move after four years, and will dearly miss my WhyFly internet now that I am no longer in their service region. I had great service for my entire duration, and only experienced a handful of outages over the four years I used their service. Every time the internet was down, they were always very responsive updating the website and letting customers know when we would be back online. The pricing is fair, there are no equipment rentals, and I hate that I now have to go back to a telecom monopoly that doesn't prioritize their customers.

I really wanted to be able to recommend WhyFly... I appreciate that a local ISP has thrown its hat in the ring, and for over a year I only had occasional minor (15-20 minute) outages. Customer service was always friendly and quick to respond. However, lately, it feels like there are constant outages, both localized and system-wide, and I have started to flirt with other options. A 24+ hour system-wide outage in the age of WFH is just not acceptable, even though I recognize that they have people working round-the-clock to fix it. But until the service becomes more reliable I don't think I can recommend it to others.
