My technician Mike was excellent. He arrived at my home promptly at the time scheduled. Mike was very polite in his mannerisms. He worked quickly and diligently to ensure that the problem was resolved in a timely fashion. He had all the materials he needed on standby, resulting in a very quick fix. In addition he even enhanced my service, so I could experience the most quality internet. I would definitely recommend Mike to others in my community. His service was easily a 10/10. Jerry, Dwayne, and Eric did a fantastic job of installing my post-wire and modem quickly. They had great customer service, were incredibly kind, and came out to provide service within a day whereas other companies took weeks and never finished the installation. Can't recommend them enough!

The technician, Juan was outstanding. Spent time to understand the internet issue , took extra steps to fix all issues. Such a patient and skilled guy. I keep speed testing. There should be an Astound signal problem outside home. Because Juan did a great job checking everything. Replaced Modem/Eeeros/Replaced cable heads etc. Now Astound should address signal issue

Both Mike Jones and Louis were very knowledgeable and professional. Their customer communication about the problem and resolution was very reassuring. Louis, on day one was very sensitive to my satisfaction, such that he proved his phone for me to call if what he did, did not work out. And regretfully it did not work out, but he came back and brought Mike with him. The porblem is now fully resolved. Excellent service! I am satisfied.

Installation was quick and very cleanly done; both the immediate temporary drop and the permanent fiber run. The staff and contractors were wonderful. Internet service has been flawless so far (about 6 weeks). We are happy customers!

The experience was great. The time of arrival was between 8 and 10pm. Alexis arrived at 5:45pm and had a temporary line set up for my mom. She also left me her card and told me to call her if I did d not hear from the scheduler tomorrow.
