Working with Elevation has been a pleasure. From our initial inquiry all the way to a finished live site, they listened to our needs, and provided the highest level of customer service. We started the project with a very tight timeline, and they were able to deliver consistently, and always responded to our questions and requests very quickly. The finished site is exactly what we were looking for, and we are so happy with the ease of use, the flexibility of the product, and we are confident that the site will be one that will grown with our organizational need. Super impressed and happy with the services and support we receive from Elevation. They helped us refresh and update our website, making sure it was a great experience for users. All of our support tickets requesting updates or changes to our website are responded to in an impressively quick manner. And, as cost is always a factor in the nonprofit world, we feel it is very affordable and worth every penny. We don't feel like Elevation is a vendor, but like they are truly part of our development team.

First, Mary Sturgis has been absolutely phenomenal throughout the entire process of building out our new website and the creation of new marketing collateral for our small nonprofit. She is incredibly prompt in responding (and is patient when I'm not!), really listens to exactly what I need to get what I want done correctly the first time, and is super open to feedback and collaboration. She has made my experience with Elevation an incredibly positive one, and while the quality of work is also amazing, I'd recommend Elevation based on working with Mary alone. While our website hasn't fully launched yet, I am incredibly happy with the design and functionality and am so looking forward to showing it off to the world soon. Elevation was amazing! They turned our simple website into a fresh and engaging piece of art! Creating a website is not a quick and easy task. It can be challenging for a nonprofit with small team and limited resources but my experience with Elevation made it much simpler! American Farrier's Association: Our organization had a unique situation in that we started to design a website with Elevation, but then the project faltered on our end. We picked it up quite some time later with new people working on it both at Elevation, and at our Association, and our new contact at Elevation was incredibly patient and responsive. The same can be said for their programmers. As a nonprofit we are always cognizant of price. There is no question but that Elevation provides an excellent product and great service for a very affordable fee. I highly recommend their services.
