Sam has made himself very available and is very pleasant to work with. He is a great teacher, he listens well and he makes every effort to get answers to questions that may require research on his part.

I have used MIles Technologies many times. Every time, the customer service is outstanding! There may be a short wait while you are getting directed to the Technical Support for your company. The Technical Support Technicians are easy to talk to and understand your issues, even if you are not that "technical savvy". They are also very good at addressing the issues and explaining and making sure that you are comfortable with resolving the issue or any questions. They are very professional.

I have been dealing with Miles IT for some time, since choosing them as our IT Company. They always handle the issues that arise in a friendly and professional manner, and are a pleasure to deal with. Their knowledge of most, if not all situations is a blessing when problems arise. I will continue to use them going forward. I usually deal with Joe who is the absolute best when it comes to getting my issues taken care of in a timely manner.
