This shop is professional, efficient, and good at their jobs. My Dell XPS 15 was having some issues a number of months back, and Phil did a phenomenal job diagnosing the issue and providing guidance on the issue. I was thoroughly impressed with the level of service, especially compared to other shops in the area.

I took my laptop in on a Friday after it was not able to connect to the internet and couldn't find any wireless networks. I went in and Mike was very professional, explained the process and called me twice that afternoon with updates. Phil, the owner, took over the repair on Saturday morning and replaced a part that got it working again quickly. I'm always afraid to try new computer repair places for fear I will be overcharged. Not the case here. They were fast, skilled and very fair in their pricing. I appreciated their knowledge and integrity. I'll definitely go there for any future computer repair issues.

My fans stopped once because hadn't used my computer in a while. Brought it in, tested it, determined fans worked, he refused payment. REFUSED PAYMENT, would highly recommend for honesty.

I recently needed help with installing a new computer backup system. Left Phil Rice a voicemail plus sent an email asking if he could help. Never heard back. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! Or is he out of business?
