I happened upon Think Big Websites as I was preparing to retire from the fire service. I was to be interviewed about my career and Ray Bryants was the one who ended up setting up the location, recording and editing the entire interview! I saw here his dedication and professionalism to create a quality project. After working with him I decided to utilize his services for my retirement ceremony! Retiring from the fire department is a very special time and the ceremony is very moving. Ray captured the entire event so I will have this memory for a lifetime. He is very easy to work with and obviously is dedicated to fulfilling the customers every expectation. Couldn't ask for a better experience! Ray was incredible. He went well far and beyond to make sure our problem was taken care of. He spent several hours working on our website and did not even charge me! Only charged pay a small kicker for his developer needing to be contacted.
