Friendly Computer Guru

I called Eric early this with an urgent problem that I was having with my computer, and he took me right away, clicked on all the right keys with a knowledge that I don't possess, asked me what I wanted to do, and 'did' them for me in such a fashion as to have everything good as new in no time at all. THANK YOU Computer Guru and you're my 'go to' computer guy for sure! Highly recommended!

My old desktop stopped working after many years.did an internet search on my phone and found the friendly guru.read the reviews,all looked good.the owner's name is eric.he is a one man business. Took my computer to him and he said it was not worth repairing.i bought a new one and took it to him to have everything transferred. He did an excellent job in a timely fashion at the price he quoted. I was having an issue with Outlook on my PC and was very lucky to have found Eric. I gave a call and he was at my home within about an hour since we live close. He quickly found and fixed the issue to my amazement. Eric is truly a great guy and I highly recommend him for your electronic needs.

I took my laptop to Eric to get the screen latch of my laptop repaired. The part took some time to come in, but he was responsive and kept me up to date by text. By the time the part came in, I took it to him and it was ready to go the next afternoon. My laptop screen latch was fixed up and he did a really great job. Eric is polite, reliable, and the cost of the whole thing was very fair. Highly recommend!

I found Eric online and based on reviews, I decided to give him a try. I took a drive to him and was a bit wary when I noticed that it was a private home, but thought, with Covid-19 most everyone is working from home. Eric was professional, timely, technically savvy & capable; he was also super nice. I took a 2014 Macbook Pro with a bulging battery that was affecting my Trackpad and prevented the computer from closing. He told me he would take care of it and informed, that it would take roughly 3 days. It did! The Friendly Computer Guru will be our go to for computer guy from now on. If you are looking for a stress free and trust worthy repair, this is your guy. Don't think it over, just call him!

The company I work for maintains my computer so when my daughters computer needed work, I wasn't sure where to go. I did the typical search and somehow surmised that the reviews I was seeing for the Friendly Computer Guru seemed genuine, sincere and excellent. I called and got a quick quote over the phone. The next morning the computer was working as good as new. Eric has been doing this work for almost two decades, and that is significant. Great work at a reasonable price.
