Great people, super helpful and willing to explain the marketing technology and process that goes into their service. Very smart the way they have broken down Local SEO and Google Ads into affordable, managed products. Also, no contracts means they have to perform month after month. Definitely recommend.

Used OMG for the on-hold commercials for years. Added a new marketing plan at beginning of the year. Now our ads are performing really well and social followers are growing. Their Facebook/Insta department is solid, the only tip I would give is to cooperate in getting them photos or video clips and providing any promotions you want to run, otherwise they take liberties creatively with the posts and you may not appreciate them as much. Overall, very solid.

A scam disguised as a marketing service. Before they come out saying I "never worked with them" -- yes, I did. I worked directly with Zuhaila and Carol, so don't even try to hide behind that excuse. Their 30-day cancellation policy is a complete joke. I canceled after the first month due to how awful the service was, and they still charged me for a second month -- during which they did absolutely nothing. They promised to send me review cards -- never arrived. The posts on my Google profile were basic, lazy, and uninspired. Worst of all? The person managing my account had no clue what my business was about, even though I explained it multiple times. If you don't understand the business, how are you supposed to optimize the listing? That's not marketing -- that's guessing. And let me be clear: I fully understand that SEO takes time. I'm not expecting overnight miracles. But when you work with true professionals, you see action from day one -- strategy, direction, movement. With this company, there was none of that. They claim to specialize in everything, which just means they specialize in nothing. Month one was a disaster. I can't imagine how much worse it gets. They hide behind a nonsense cancellation policy just to keep charging clients without delivering results. Their 4.2 Google rating says a lot. Clearly I'm not the only one with this kind of experience. Mine just adds to the growing list. I do NOT recommend this company at all. Total waste of time and money. You've been warned.

I had a previous website that I had created (what was I thinking?). OMG put together a much more professional website. Best of all, though, is that my Rep David responds almost instantaneously to any emails looking for help or guidance. And when my business had reached a plateau where I actually needed to turn DOWN the volume, David worked with me to cut my costs, so I wasn't paying for things I no longer needed. Very cool.

A pleasure to work with. My account man is patient with us, even explaining how to log into OMG InSite to my 74 year old mother. Good people, highly recommend.
