I recently brought my elderly friend's computer to Net Works Inc. for a full security check and cleaning, after fearing that I may have unknowingly allowed a hacker access to her sizable bank account. From the moment I walked in, the staff was attentive, understanding, and took my concerns very seriously. I was a wreck and they treated the situation with urgency and professionalism, which gave me immediate peace of mind. The team performed a thorough system cleaning and safety inspection, making sure the machine was clean and nothing was compromised. Thanks for helping us!

i was a frustrated walk-in, having spent too much of my work day with an unexpected and non-operational lap top. Dustin met me at the front desk and in less than 30 minutes, my lap top was humming like brand new and I was back on line with clients! Very helpful and reasonable, and did not make me wait. And i was able to support a downtown Daytona Beach business too!

I never have left a review but these guys are worth it. They helped diagnose my PC and knew I had to have it back running quickly, so they got it done within a few hours. Super knowledgeable, super helpful, and very very punctual. Couldn't recommend them more.

First time here. Loved the service they gave me. Fixed my computer while I waited. Explained a lot of things and showed me stuff I didn't need on there that were actually bad for my computer. I highly recommend them. Friendly and knowledgeable.

I can't tell you how much I am impressed with the efficiency of Net Works, Inc! I walked in this morning, my laptop was eerily slow which is detrimental in the work-from-home model. Dave was absolutely awesome and was figuring out every issue possible under the hood of my HP like a Daytona 500 pit crew. I cannot thank him and Net Works, Inc enough! Best in town!

If you are a member of the senior community who is technology challenged, this is the company for you. Staff is very patient and tollerant of us old curmudgeons. Thanks to Duston front desk, Dave remote, Fernando home service and Amy (owner) who provided me the assist I needed.
