Where to begin... I have been a customer of live tech for at least 10 years and all I can say is that they are truly amazing. They are and have always been there when I needed them, even in the middle of the night when my system crashes. They are truly a full-service company. They are so very knowledgeable about everything tech. I always feel that I'm covered, whether it be products, services, maintenance, software, hardware, and anything in between. They are extremely responsive and are always there ready and able to help. I would highly suggest giving them a chance to meet your needs.

I have been a customer of live-tech for 10+ years. They serviced my mother's company when I worked for her for many years and then when I decided to branch out into my own business, they had me covered. They helped me get set up with hardware, software, even phone services for my business; as well as, my Outlook exchange and my domains. Their equipment maintenance and problem solving capabilities are out of this world. They can remotely log on to any of my devices (computers, cellphones, printers, etc.) and solve the problem in a timely and efficient manner. They make sure that I am up-to-date on everything that I need to know as far as security and safety for my organization. I trust them completely and I really feel as though they're family. I've been receiving computer I.T. support with Frank of Live-Tech since 2018. The service has been excellent and very reasonable from a cost standpoint. I've always been able to reach Frank, via phone, text and email, getting back to me same day on urgent matters, otherwise, generally within one business day. The work has been via secure remote computer logins, with resolution of my problems. He has helped me with computer performance, printer and scanner off line problems. He has also made recommendations for computer upgrades and rebuilding my current computer. Besides the professional I.T. component, I've have always felt very comfortable with his friendly demeanor and without hesitation, recommend his services.
