Having zero experience working with a candle company, and terrible luck with competitors I'd been reaching out to, I was very hesitant to move forward with creating a custom candle for a client. But finding Private Label Candles was a sky opening up moment for me and the brand I represent. Brittany was amazing to work with and virtually held my hand through the process. The disorganization and lack of communication caused me to look elsewhere in order for me to have my candles for my new years launch date. Although Private Label Candles doesn't offer payment plans they were great with getting back to me. And after receiving the candles, all the feedback I got was amazing.
