Update - After experiencing a Wordpress site crash, I reached out to Keith for help. He successfully worked through the issue and had my site operational in record time. Incredibly quick fix. In my case it was simply reinstalling the app and connecting to wifi and everything cleared. (I do plan to take your advice and clean the dust collector and filters) Thank you Keith!

When our old laptop would not boot up anymore, we took it to Keith. We ordered a new laptop (Keith even researched and sent us 3 recommendations,) had it delivered directly to him, and he set it up and was able to retrieve our photos and files from the old laptop for us. My shark vacuum robot was having issues, could not find any help on the official shark site or anywhere, stumbled across Keith's post about cleaning the lidar. Looked in the lidar enclosure, saw one strand of shiny tinsel which evidently is enough to screw up the lidar, removed it, thing's working awesomely. Thanks so much Keith, your post is a godsend.
