My experience has been hell with Bluehost, my service is suspended without any reason, the Bluehost system is terrible, it doesn't even serve to provide a good payment platform, the Bluehost team does not respond and my clients' websites are still offline. The customer service and technical support team are a complete disaster, they can't solve anything and they cut off communication from one moment to the next. Today I lost a very important client thanks to Bluehost #bluehostsucks Please if you are really looking for an excellent service do not hire bluehost

FRAUD COMPANY! BLUEHOST CRASHED OUR WHOLE SYSTEM. DON'T USE THEM This email hosting service took down our website, crashed our computer system, corrupted our whole email account, and our in house IT department could not even fix the damage. We are now having to pay outside help to rebuild everything. Soon as they redirected the DNS server number. It crashed everything. They were very nice and refunded our money. But I would not use this company ever again. Sorry for the bad review bluehost. But you just cost us a ton of money and headaches. So you deserve the bad review. This hurt us very bad. UPDATE 6-28-2024. Their reply online to us is a lie. They only refunded 60% of the money, and kept about 40% of the money. We cancelled within 3 days after the DNS SERVER code was changed. They refused to do a refund no matter how many times we pleaded with them, hence the angry review you are reading. We lost 10 years worth of documents and were never able to get them back. Very shady company, obvious liars. Run away from this company!!! You will run the risk of having your website, and email crash. Then when you cancel. You will not get all your money back. I hate these people. I will be leaving bad reviews on every website I can find to help warn other business.

worst company ever, they keep trying to transfer my domains and I am NOT a customer, was going to be, then had to cancel cause they dont support all domain exts. talked to their worthless support 5-6 times about this and yet it continues.

Your business is a FRAUD! RUN... don't walk away from bluehost! THEY ARE AN ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE. I WISH I could post negative stars! Bluehost use to be a great company. I've been with them for over 10 years. HOWEVER, the past 2 years have been horrible with 2023 until now being ABSOLUTE TRASH! They messed up my hosting account in NOVEMBER 2023 and have yet to correct it! MY company had to move to new hosting just so I could function and stop losing money. (Web design company)... You have LIED to me via emails and chats, which I still have, saying my account would be corrected and give you 24 hours and your case was escalated. You have neglected your duties to provide a service and I'm OVER IT! 8 months! 8 MONTHS that my company hasn't been able to use a service that was PREPAID and I STILL haven't been able to receive a refund OR CLOSE MY ACCOUNT!

Website DOWN 3 days. We pay Bluehost for backup service. No ETA of a fix. We are a health care company. This is appalling! Do not do business with Bluehost. Communication is horrible, no call or status updates from them and if you call or chat, they give the same canned response, "you'll be notified by email in 24-48 hours with an update." Welp! It's been 3 days & no email, no fix. I'll be contacting our lawyer.

It's literally the 10th of a price of everywhere else for the same service. Have no hesitation made the switch save the money! GoDaddy was killing me with bills upwards of three hundred bucks a month!

you earned $150 but lost $20,000 I would seriously reconsider your fees for restoring a website. Avoid this host at all costs.

Buy a domain and hosting from this company guarantees pesky calls from developers, marketers, and seo sales people. Had I known this, I would have never purchased anything from this company.
