This web design and marketing company is a fraud / scam. The callers never use their real names. They use dummy names like Jonathan James, Jason Miller. But when you hear them talk, their English accent doesn't sound like a Jonathan James or a Jason Miller, (an European-American person). It sounds like an Indian person. They always find small excuses to ask for more money from me, without even showing me or completing half of what they promised me over the phone. After spending nearly $15,000 with them, they never do a single video chat with me, showing me in details of what and how they did what I requested. They always remained anonymous, used fake names, and find small excuses to ask for thousands of dollars. The invoices they send you have no physical address printed on them. The invoices only displayed their company's name. This is a scam. The F.B.I, Interpol Police or Secret Service should conduct an investigation on them to held them accountable for their actions.

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM! BUYER BEWARE! Then when you try to dispute it with your credit card company they up fake emails! This place is great at upselling but they completely suck at actually getting a website completed. I've had 3 different reps now. They seem to keep leaving this business to work elsewhere. My last rep I was told that he had a family member pass away and that he would be back on my web project very soon but that's now been over a month since I was told that. Approximately $10k invested and we're almost at 1 year now and still don't have functioning website. Moral of the story is you get what you pay for, spend more money on a more legitimate company, especially one which understands the automotive market.

SCAM, I paid them an agreed price for a website. They constantly tried to call and upcharge for things they agreed to do for the original price. They said it would take up to 30 days to complete the project. They sent me a ready made template site that was incomplete. I would tell them what the site was missing per the original agreement and that would then be up sold or up charged. I finally had enough after about 2 month of not getting what I paid for so I told them to cancel the project if they were not going to do what was in the agreement. I then asked to be issues a refund. Once I asked for a refund they promptly sent me a link to their policy saying that IF I was issued a refund it would not be in full. After several phone calls they agreed to issue about 70% of my money back. that was 2 months ago. I still have not received the refund. Every time I call I get no answer or I get transferred to someone who say "we will Process it" or "it have been processed, please wait a few days".... AVOID this company at all cost. They have talented designers and terrible business practices. UPDATE: After posting this review they called me offering me a 50% refund if I would remove the review. I told them I would remove the review once I saw the 70% refund they agreed to give in the first place. They then followed up with me daily to ask that I remove the review. I replied that I still had not received the refund. They assured me that it would show up. To this day I never received the "issued" refund.

RUNNNNNNN FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!! They built a website for me a year ago. Ever since my website was done 8-10 times. Everytime I would call they would say I would have to purchase a new service. Now that I tried transfering my site to a new hosting service they deleted all my content that took months for me to create. I am completely distraught. Please do not make the same decision I made.

They helped me evolve my business with outstanding digital solutions. My business is so far performing great after availing their services. Their team has an immense talent in this field and I am glad that I chose them for this task. You people did a tremendous job. My business has gradually gained a reputable position in the online markets.

Web Design Corp, I am highly dissatisfied with their work and services. In honesty, they have been easy to reach out to, though 6 months and website is still not completed. I paid for a dedicated server, and that was not the case, found out I am one of 114 sites on the same server! Website extremely slow, I mean extremely slow load times. I do believe the positive reviews are fake! They will use fake reviews to boost ratings! Look at the negative reviews and the exact same issues and complaints as my challenges! Constant upsells as well from them. Many of these same issues are seen on google reviews as well. Numerous times to correct issues and continue to have issues. And since hiring them, my google ads were supsended do to their DNS issues, client inquries dropped significantly, like 40% and all contributed to their services. I also had other professional website builders evaluate their work, and each of the 2 were amazed at the poor quality, poor website load speed times, no dedicated server as I paid for, an over abundance of unecessary wordpress plugins, and the list continues. I wish I had done more research prior to hiring them. Will be in the process of demainding refunds or further legal action will proceed. Currently, awaiting refund as promised, like others below stated. Legal action is currently pending!

I am writing this review to share my extremely disappointing and frustrating experience with The Web Design Corp. My interactions with this company while trying to overhaul my website have been nothing short of a nightmare. I initially contacted The Web Design Corp on March 29, 2022, with high hopes of transforming my website into a more modern and compliant platform. Little did I know that this would mark the beginning of a series of challenges, miscommunications, and unmet expectations. From the start, there was a significant amount of back and forth required to arrive at a website design that I was even remotely satisfied with. While I understand that achieving the right design can take some iterations, the process was unnecessarily prolonged and often frustrating. The situation worsened when The Web Design Corp finally rolled out the new website sometime in late May 2022. To my dismay, the website was riddled with errors and numerous issues that needed immediate attention. It was shocking to see how a supposedly professional web design company could release such a subpar product. What added to my disappointment was the unexpected financial burden. Initially, I was provided with a certain price estimate, only to discover later that it was nowhere close to the final cost. The company sneakily included multiple add-ons that drove the total cost well beyond what I had anticipated. To my disbelief, these add-ons amounted to over $2,225, a significant departure from the original estimate. One of the most aggravating aspects of this entire ordeal was the promised backend login feature, which would have allowed me to make changes to the website after it was built. Regrettably, this feature has been nothing but a mirage. Despite continuous attempts and requests, I have been unable to gain access to the promised backend login. It's as if The Web Design Corp took my money and vanished into thin air, leaving me with a dysfunctional website and an inability to make the necessary changes. In my desperation to seek resolution, I involved legal counsel. My attorney sent a demand letter to The Web Design Corp, a communication that went unanswered for a significant period. Only after I reached out to inquire about the status of the demand letter did I receive a response. Shockingly, their reply laid the blame on me, asserting that the project was closed due to my alleged fault. This entire experience has left me feeling deceived, taken advantage of, and utterly unsatisfied with the services provided by The Web Design Corp. The level of unprofessionalism, poor communication, and disregard for customer satisfaction displayed by this company is nothing short of astounding. In conclusion, I would strongly advise anyone considering The Web Design Corp for their web development needs to proceed with caution. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company to anyone seeking a reliable, professional, and ethical web design partner.

Working with The Web Design Corp was a great learning experience.This is a very big investment, but hopefully my business will thrive, making it all worth it. Wayne as my project manager was a pleasure to work with and very helpful. He played the key role in making my vision come to life. He was professional and made the appropriate adjustments to any tweaks i needed done and also suggested me to do things that were beneficial for my business . I am looking forward to seeing the benefits from this website as now they are doing great marketing and will also share all of mine and Wayne's hard work off to family and friends. Thanks!
