I can't thank Robert enough for the amazing job he did on my PC! My system was overheating, and he quickly diagnosed the issue, recommended a top-notch water cooler, and handled the installation flawlessly. Not only did he ensure everything was running perfectly, but he also double-checked my entire setup for any other potential issues. His service was friendly, professional, and incredibly thorough. He explained what he was doing every step of the way, which made me feel confident in his expertise. On top of that, his pricing was super reasonable--$150 for both the part and installation, which saved me at least $20 compared to other quotes I received. Robert is one of the most honest people I have met. He is a real professional and he puts his customers first. You get that feeling immediately that he just cares. I called Robert this morning desperate to fix an issue with my gaming pc. While trying to play a newly released game yesterday, within minutes of turning on my computer my monitor would go black, and my fans would speed up and my computer would become unresponsive. After hours of trying to remedy the issue on my own, I called him and he assured me that is definitely something he can diagnose for me and to bring it in. After dropping it off at his business, I was surprised to get a call from him in less than 30 minutes with the answer to my issue!!!! And can you believe he had it ready for me before he closed today!??? I'm so excited to get home today after work. I loved the convenience of being able to take it in and have it back the same day which he tells me is usually not the norm because sometimes it can take up to 48 hours to diagnose an issue. I can't thank him enough. I'll definitely keep him in mind in the future for anything computer related. He is extremely knowledgeable, professional and thorough.

Awesome service, quick and very communicative. Very affordable, reasonably & fairly priced; total for their time and new pc fix was $190, seriously not bad. I went in for my PC shutting down randomly, I got the solution within 24 hours and was able to pick my PC up within the next 48 hrs, even with their heavy workload and balancing other clientele. Owner Robert was always hospitable, had a great attitude, and provided an overall trustworthy service. I will come back to this place in the future, much better than Geeksquad. Glad I gave this place a chance :)
