Ashford Services was referred to 4Quarters over 10 years ago and we are so glad we found them. We are a small company and don't have our own IT personnel, so 4Quarters was a perfect match for us. We would buy blocks of time so whenever we had a computer problem, we would call them, and someone would be out that day. 4Quarters recently installed our Server and we have the ProBeyond Managed Service. This service includes: Monitoring & Management for our Server, Workstations, User Support Service, Backup Service Monitoring, Managed Anti-Virus Service & Anti-Spam/Encryption Service. I love that if I have a question or a problem, I email or call the Help Desk and within a short time I have a Work Ticket started and am contacted by one of the Techs. The Techs, Jonathan, Brad, Jason, Nick, etc. are fantastic to work with and Shanna in the office is always there to help too. I would recommend 4Quarters because the owner Terry Fields stands behind what he sells and has a quality staff to handle what he sells. We have been using 4Quarters as our IT specialists for Westside Baptist Church for many years and have been thrilled with their knowledge, service and work. 4 Quarters has been great to work with. Since they took over our I.T. services St Marks has experienced less down time due to technical issues. They are extremely responsive to our needs and proactive in their approach to our growth.
