I work with an orientation program at a university. We worked with ADG for our "pre-orientation" platform. It was an excellent experience. I saw their presentation at a conference and thought their product would be good for our orientation program. Sam was great to work with and got us up and running and passed us on to the development team. The Development created a timeline and provided us with all the resources we needed to create an outline, text, provide video and photo assets and meet our deadline. They were also able to work with our IT department to create a seamless integration to our system. Specifically, the team ADG sent to our campus to capture all the video was amazing. The had wonderful ideas for what and where to film and really brought out the feel of our campus through the editing process. What I appreciated about working with ADG is they would do as little or as much as we needed. They were willing and able to create the text and scripts for us. We chose, however, to write our own, which was also fine. In the end, I couldn't be happier with the end result. Both students and parents seem to like the lively and creative introduction to our campus. When we finally launched the platform, ADG was great about training us on the back end, as well as being very responsive to any help requests we made. Now, me and my team are able to easily edit the content to match whatever is happening on campus. The project took about a year to complete, but was broken down into workable chunks so it wasn't overwhelming. And, the result was well worth the effort. I would recommend this team and platform to anyone looking to add an online component to their student recruitment or orientation.

The video crew was professional, flexible, and fun. They were enthusiastic about this project and understood our goals for student engagement. The planning and coordination of this video project was well executed with every location change and set-up time already accounted for in the schedule. They were quick to adapt to any last minute changes and were always solution oriented. The crew was experienced and knew how to work with students and staff to ensure we had great audio and visuals ready to shoot. Overall, amazing experience.

I first worked with ADG while still at George Mason back in 2015 while working outside of Orientation. When I moved into Orientation at American University one of my first projects in 2016 was exploring online orientation platforms. ADG give white glove service to it's clients, they do a great job at communicating, following up, and listening to client needs or wish list items. It's been wonderful to see Advantage Orientation continue to evolve with the range of services and functionality it can provide. The ADG team members are some of the best in business with talented folks ranging from technology, support, filming, and design. Over the last few years I've worked more closely with ADG's CEO Sam through developing a presentation at FYE 2020 and a follow up white paper. Sam has always done a great job partnering with Orientation professionals to share in telling the story of their Advantage Orientation. Last year ADG launched a monthly e-newsletter called Optimize which I've found really helpful in terms of learning about new functions and uses of Advantage Orientation like the Advantage OnDemand videos as well as get ideas from what other institutions are doing! I highly recommend working with Sam and the Advantage team!
