Thank you so much! Our office had a technical emergency making it so we could not use any of our computers and no "I.T." department. A quick call and Innovatech came to our rescue. 20 minutes later we were back in business!! Can't say enough of how appreciative we are. 20 stars if I could!

I have a slightly below advanced level of understanding with pcs. I was having a problem with my pc that I could not resolve on my own. Freddy at mix cat is very knowledgeable. He identified the problem in 10-15 minutes and resolved it. Very friendly, helpful, and reasonably priced.

I had a broken laptop which was new but had sustained a drop and was not keeping a charge. I also had like 10 old hard drives - we are talking about 2005 stuff - with family pics and documents that I hoped would be salvageable. I'm so happy to say that I came to the right place and spoke to the right person - Sunny. I don't think I can say enough good about my experience. Sunny was professional, attentive, and knowledgeable. She kept me updated on the progress of the repairs, informed me what the options were, and to top it all the pricing was very fair. I strongly recommend this company and Sunny for any computer repair.

Freddie and his son are very knowledgeable...they helped both my husband and I with a couple of issues we were having. The cleanup on my pc was done overnight and it has been working great now. Cost was very reasonable. Highly recommend,

Five-star experience at this family-owned business. My MacBook Air screen was damaged beyond repair. The whole half of the laptop with the screen needed to be replaced. Freddy was able to source the product on the same-day I first contacted him. Two business days later, the laptop was repaired and ready for pick-up. I thought the price was reasonable. Moreover, both Freddy and his son took time to patiently talk to my six-year-old about computers and answer his questions. Very grateful for the whole experience. Highly recommend.

I highly recommend Mixcat Computers. Sunny in particular is amazing. She is extremely knowledgeable, competent, and super-kind. She always goes the extra mile to help her customers. The products are great and very reasonably-priced. I much prefer this store for computer sales and repair than companies like Best Buy. So if you are having any computer issues at all and need a great place to have one repaired, or in search of a good computer, Mixcat is by far the best store I have ever been to.

Wow, just wanted to share the excellent work that was done on my computer at Mixcat Repair. Sunny -the tech - was able to diagnose and provide a very reasonable quote for a new hard drive for my laptop and upgrading my old system. Turn around was fantastic. I will definitely use them again, and you should too for your next computer repair. Excellent company.
