Orlando Web Pros - Web Designer Company

If had to do it all over again. I will not use Orlando Web pros. I understand they have three locations. I contacted this company because, I was in need of a website for my new business. I spoke to either owner or employee Mothashim Imran aka, MK and he set up a zoom appointment to discuss how we will be setting up my business website. At the time, I didn't have a domain so he explained he can set me up with one as well, for a cost of $15 Therefore, the total price of the website and domain would total $250 which, sound good to me. Incompletion of the website MK suggested that I get a business email from Google workspace. He offer to set it up for me for $120. I informed him that was fine. I could handle that on my own because Google does not charge for your business email on Google workspace. If you have your own domain all you have to do is open up an account and verify your domain. Now here's where the problem began. I set up a workplace administrative account with Google. I then need MK to verify my domain. To my surprise the domain that I purchase from MK he put it under his name and account Therefore, technically he was the owner of the domain which, is also attached to my website that I purchase from him. When I contact MK and asked him, can he verify the domain for my Google's workplace, he refused and never answered my calls again. He had also informed me that if I needed any changes to the website to contact him and he'll do the changes for a fee. Therefore, to wrap this all up, if you ever use Orlando Web Pros to design a website for you, make sure you already have your own domain where you can have control of your domain and website. If not, you will have no control of your website or domain. In the event you have to make any changes or edits to your website, you will have to contact them and they will charge you. Very horrible and frustrating experience. I 1000% do not recommend this company.
