We had a family reunion here on Saturday, June 10,2023. The inside of the building was disgusting, the floors were super stinky, the kitchen was a disaster, restrooms had not been cleaned, trash cans were all overflowing with trash. I was so upset that we literally hD to clean before we were able to proceed with our own event. This place should have been checked after the previous guest vacated. Posted photos are AFTER we cleaned.

Family friendly. Swimming, splash pad, playground plus tables with charcoal grills. Restrooms. Our children, 9yo/7yo/5yo, LOVE visiting Lake Butler when schools out! We live in Orange Park but our children don't mind the ride. . . They just LOVE going since theres so much to do in one place! BY FAR one of our favorite summer spots!

I had my wedding and reception here, has kitchen as well as many beautiful areas for pictures with great landscape for pictures.

My grandmother was native to the Town, Naomi Rivers, her father was a farmer and her family near the Lake Butler Hospital... his father, Frank Rivers was from Georgia, he invented a Plow and as per My father he breed gators and make races with them

Beautiful lake with nice walks, boat ramp & boat slips. Doggies enjoyed the walk!!!

Best place for kids to have an b safe , you can picknic,swim ,grill, playground,water playground, they thought more about family fun than any other county,

This is the best place to host in Lake Butler however the parking is pretty rough due to the boat ramp and limited number of spaces. It is also possible that while you plan an indoor event folks maybe out under the pavilion so spaces get even tighter when the whole world is utilizing the lake front area. It does have a kitchen and serving area inside. It does have bathrooms but they could use an update. One of the nicer places in Lake Butler has a speaker system and can comfortably sit 150 people or more I'd wager.
