Tyler was on time, friendly, and not condescending like some. It was a great experience. He switched out my old broken laptop with my new one in record time. Both hardware, exterior speakers, monitor and 2nd hard drive with music and photos. He helped me with settings and passwords and a bunch of other things. Great experience.

I called Total Tech support because it was close to my home. I was immediately impressed by and comfortable with the contact person who is actually the owner. He got all of my info through texting and had me send photos of my problem so I didn't even need to leave the house. My computer hinges had broken and it was falling apart. He let me know when my parts were on their way and when they were in I dropped off my computer and within a few hours it was ready. My computer was in really rough shape when I left it but I told him that it looked like he was giving me a new one! Fast, friendly service and reasonably priced.
