Very pleased with the services we've received through ActivEngage! Starting off, I emailed Eric Schlesinger to schedule a demo and within 1 hour he'd already responded and had me on his calendar within a reasonable time frame. He gave us a very thorough explanation and explained how each feature would benefit us. Once we decided ActivEngage would best suit our dealerships needs Kenya Harris made the process seamless and took care of things on the back end for us. She has been nothing but incredible ever since, anytime I have an issue she has a resolution for me the same day. Since switching to ActivEngage we've converted more shoppers to customers than we ever had with our previous chat provider.

Our dealership has 10 years in business, during all these years ActivEngage has been the first Chat Service that has truly worked for us, their chat is live with real agents and available 24/7, they are extremely professional and friendly. Kenya Harris, our account represantive has been great. Usually most of these service sell to you as the best, but when you start working them, something is missing. Daniel Rodriguez is great! He is very knowledgeable on the product and made set up very easy. We have had the tool for a few months now, and any time I have a concern he responds quickly.
