We needed additional service this year. I contacted Memo on Wednesday and the next day (Thursday) in the early PM Nick came to our condo. Nick corrected the issues in less that one hour. He was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. I highly recommend Safebox for IT support. Outstanding price and service. Memo came to our condo within a few hours of us talking on the phone. Once here, he identified the problem immediately. Within a very short period of time, he picked up a new router, installed it, got our new printer working and connected four different personal electrontic devises to our new system. Our company wanted to install new products and hardware to ease our job at the site. Nonetheless, we weren't sure which products or hardware were optimal for our needs. We called Safebox Technology to guide us through this tedious process. One of their IT Consultants came in to assess our old system and recommended installing more optimal products to better suit our needs. Initially, we were afraid of adapting to this new system; however, their IT consultant was so clear at explaining and facilitating the transition from the old system to the new one that we realized that we had definitely made the right choice. They replaced the old windows server and migrated to the new one. In addition, they upgraded our network and firewall system and set up proper policies.
