Joel " The MAVEN " is an absolute beast at his job . He helped with maintaining my page , helped with SEO , provided me a game plan for my business online . Made some amazing graphics that interacted with different things . Really went above and beyond . He does a very good job of explaining things in simple terms for everyone to understand . He was very communicative , followed up periodically, gave input and even advice on certain things , Because of Joel not only am I getting more exposure but because of his help my business has grown exponentially. I reached out to Digital Host on 11/13/2017 for their services. Was told I'd receive an email with a questionnaire that would help them create my brand and begin the process. 11/29/17 and no email so I reached out to them asking for the questionnaire. Was told they forgot and would send tomorrow. Received an email 11/30/17 that contained no questionnaire but only a summary of our conversation on 11/13. By 01/03/18 nothing was received so I reached out again and attempted to discuss over the phone. Was told they were sick and will get back to me as soon as they're better. 01/8 and no follow up. Reached out to a local marketing company in Minneapolis and got a call in an hour from someone ready to discuss their services.

Josh is a completely unprofessional guy who don't know anything about SEO or digital marketing at all I gave him so many ideas and documents that can help in selling digital marketing services to his clients but instead of thanking me he ruined our contract and never payed me completely for what I deserved.
